The first Karate 1-Premier League event of the 2023 season will be held in Cairo (Egypt) from January 27 to 29.

The best karate athletes in the world will be travelling to Cairo in January for the opening event of the season. A highly anticipated competition, the tournament will be crucial as the 2022 Grand Winners will be proclaimed in Cairo.

Scheduled from January 27 to 29, the event will take place at the Cairo International Stadium. Karate’s first-class series of international events return to Cairo after one year of hiatus as the capital of Egypt hosted the Karate 1-Premier League competition in 2021 for the last time. In 2022, Cairo welcomed one of the Karate 1-Series A tournaments of the season.
