The 20th and 21st of January, a WKF delegation travelled to Bremen to meet the Organizers of the World Senior Championships that will take place next November in the ÖKV Arena.

The WKF delegation was composed by the President Antonio Espinós, accompanied by the General Manager Francisco Alegrete and the OC Chairman Esteban Pérez. The President of the German Federation DKV Wolfgang Weigert was leading the German delegation, and accompanied, between others, by the local OC directors Reiner Zimbalski and Horst Kareit.

The teams visited the all the facilities that will be used for the event, and reviewed the status of the preparations as well as the next steps to be taken. The conclusions at the end of this visit is that great Championships will be held in Bremen and that the work of the DKV assures success, so important after the 2012 Championships in Paris.

The WKF wants to thank the DKV and all attendees for the great job done and encourages to continue working until November with the same efficiency and professionalism as always the DKV has shown.
