EPISODE I: BELGRADE 2010

The first episode of “The Decades Best” brings the most exciting moments of the Belgrade 2010 Karate World Championships.

The memorable final of Male Team Kata featuring legendary sides of Italy and Japan, the remarkable gold medal bout starring heroes Luigi Busa and Rafael Aghayev, the historic title-deciding bout of Male Kata showcasing Kata icons Antonio Diaz and Luca Valdesi, and the remembered bronze medal clash of Female Team Kata between Italy and Serbia are among the moments to be revisited in this first episode.

Starting with one of the best team kata bouts of the recent history of our sport, the first chapter of “The Decades Best: Belgrade 2010” will relive the final of Male Team Kata between Italy and Japan. With commentaries by Luca Valdesi and WKF TV commentator Billy Brennan, the video will be premiered on Friday, June 19 on WKF YouTube channel.
