The 2021 Karate World Senior Championships reach its fourth day of the competition with team categories taking the stage.

The finalists in the Male and Female Team Kumite and Male and Female Team Kata competitions will be decided today on the last day of eliminations before the finals on Saturday and Sunday.

Japan, as defending World titleholders in both Male and Female Team Kata, and France, as current champions in Female Team Kumite aim at keeping their world crowns. The title of Male Team Kumite is up for grabs as the last champions of Iran are not participating in the event.

The semi-finals of all the four categories at stake today will be available LIVE on the WKF YouTube channel. Due to the distribution of TV rights, only the semi-final bouts will be streamed live.
