One of the biggest upsets in the history of the Team Kata competition is featured in the new episode of "Karate's Decades Best". The new programme will be available on the WKF YouTube channel this Thursday, February 25.

The new episode of "Karate's Decades Best" is a much-watch for Karate fans. It shows one of the most thrilling Team Kata finals ever, featuring the female teams of Germany and Japan. The clash was the big highlight of the 2014 World Karate Championships in Bremen.

Fans sure do not want to miss the programme since the bout will be commented on by the true protagonists of the feat: the three members of the German team, Christine Heinrich, Jasmin Jüttner, and Sophie Wachter.

The three Kata champions will join WKF TV Commentator Billy Brennan as they will relive the historic title-deciding clash. The victory of the German squad represents the first time that a team defeats Japan in the gold-medal bout of Female Kata in the last six editions of the World Championships. Japan have always won the title in Female Kata since 2006, except for Bremen 2014.

Now, seven years later, Christine Heinrich, Jasmin Jüttner, and Sophie Wachter will remember the memorable team kata competition at Bremen 2014 and they will relive how they made history for the sport.
