One year to go to ANOC World Beach Games 2023!

The World Karate Federation is joining ANOC in the celebrations of One Year to go to the 2023 edition of the ANOC World Beach Games.

The idyllic beaches of Bali (Indonesia) will host the second edition of the ANOC World Beach Games. As one of the core sports in the programme, Karate will once again cause a sensation at the anticipated multi-sport event.

Scheduled for August 5 to 12, the 2023 ANOC World Beach Games will be one of the highlights of the year. The Karate competition is initially slated for August 6 and 7, 2023. As it happened at the inaugural edition of 2019 in Qatar, Karate will be represented by the modality of Kata.

“Karate showed its outstanding sporting spirit and its excellence at the first edition of the ANOC World Beach Games in Qatar. We are delighted to be part of this fantastic event again and we are convinced that the 2023 ANOC World Beach Games in Bali will be a sound success.” Said WKF President Antonio Espinós.

A total of 64 athletes are set to compete in the Karate competition of the 2023 ANOC World Beach Games.

To mark the celebrations, ANOC World Beach Games hosted an Instagram Live with Karate Star and top Indonesian athlete Ahmad Zigi Zaresta representing Karate.
