ERAY SAMDAN SHOWS KARATE AS A FAMILY SPORT

Karate is more than a sport. It is a set of knowledge and a way of life which is passed from generation to generation, from parents to children. As a demonstration of the strong tradition of this discipline in families, Eray Samdan of Turkey takes social media to show how he is keeping in form his mother and father's help. 

“We all know the importance of doing sports to maintain a strong immune system. Here we are showing our dear supporters, who are kept in isolation in their homes, some actions that I am doing with my mother and my father,” said the six-time underage continental championships gold medallist.
