YEE TING TSANG FIGHTS CORONAVIRUS WITH EXERCISE
Hong Kong’s Yee Ting Tsang is the star of one of the most inspiring stories featuring top karatekas. The two-time continental medallist is fighting coronavirus. And she is demonstrating the sensational resilience of karatekas. In a showcase of the tremendous power of will of Karate athletes, the karateka from Hong Kong is using her social media channels to recount how she keeps training despite suffering coronavirus.
“While staying in hospital concentrating on overcoming the disease, I take 1.5 hours of exercise every day! I stretch the muscles first and then I use the bands to do several sets of movements, to make sure that my muscle condition will not be lost in vain. And just 1.5 hours is enough to make me feel relaxed,” she is stating in her post.

BETTINA PLANK WORKS HARD TO KEEP OUTSTANDING FORM
