Top-ranked athletes in Female Kata are using their social media channels to show their training sessions in these challenging times. Karatekas around the world are encouraged to post the videos of their workouts using the hashtags #StayActive and #Karate.

This uncertain time is the perfect moment to try new things. Saida Salcedo of Peru is very aware of this, and after two weeks of isolation, she is trying acroyoga. It looks kind of dangerous so be safe if you try this at home.
