The first event of the year of the 2022 Karate 1-Premier League will be held in Fujairah in the UAE from February 18 to 20, 2022.

Initially slated to take place in Dubai, the tournament will finally be held in the Emirate city of Fujairah. The dates of the competition are also updated, and the event is scheduled from February 18 to 20.

Fujairah is the seventh-largest city in the UAE and is located in the Gulf of Oman. An industrial and commercial hub, Fujairah has a population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants. The capital of the namesake Emirate, Fujairah is located 104 kilometres (65 miles) from Dubai.

The competition will take place at the Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah.

The 2022 season of Karate’s first-class series of events has five evens slated for next year. Starting in Fujairah (UAE), the Karate 1-Premier League will also travel to Rabat (Morocco), Lisbon (Portugal), Baku (Azerbaijan), and Moscow (Russia).
