Guadalajara to Host Second Karate 1-Youth League Event of the Season

The second event of the Karate 1-Youth League 2025 season will be held in Guadalajara, Spain from April 3 to 6. Following a thrilling opening tournament in Fujairah, UAE, this highly anticipated competition continues to show the strength of Karate at young ages.

The Karate 1-Youth League stands as the sport’s largest series of events. Renowned for its growing popularity, it consistently sets attendance records.

Spain has established itself as a powerhouse in karate, regularly hosting top-tier competitions. The Iberian nation’s commitment to the sport has been established in successful Karate 1-Youth League events held in A Coruña in both 2023 and 2024. Guadalajara itself boasts a rich history of hosting major karate tournaments, including the European Karate Federation (EKF) Senior Championships in 2019 and 2023. Last year, over 2,600 young athletes from 76 nations competed in the Karate 1-Youth League event Spain.

After the Guadalajara tournament, the Karate 1-Youth League will move on to Porec, Croatia, followed by Monterrey, Mexico, and Venice, Italy. Each stop on the circuit contributes to the league’s mission of inspiring the next generation of karate athletes.
