The best karateka in the world gather in Salzburg (Austria) for the third stop of the season of Karate 1-Premier League. The anticipated event takes place at Sporthalle Alpenstraße sports hall from February 28 to March 01.

After the successful events in Paris and Dubai, Karate’s first-class series of international events travels to Salzburg for the third tournament of the season. As the end of the first stage of the Olympic qualification approaches, with over 32 athletes qualifying by standings by April 6, the presence of the top karateka in the world is guaranteed.

The event is scheduled from February 28 to March 01. Sporthalle Alpenstraße sports hall is hosting the tournament. After welcoming an event of Karate 1-Series A for the last three seasons, Salzburg goes back to hosting a Karate 1-Premier League thus putting a four-year hiatus to an end. The Austrian city organised a Karate 1-Premier League for the last time in 2016, after four consecutive years of being the venue of Karate’s biggest event.
