The World Karate Federation unveiled a new version of its website that consolidates the leading position of the institution in social media and new technologies. The launching of the renovated portal follows the intention of the WKF to further extend its effective presence in cyberspace.

The enhanced website, found at WKF.net presents improved functionalities and a clean design to ease navigation and to offer a better online experience for Karate enthusiasts worldwide. Among its new features, WKF.net shows an intuitive user interface, an elegant new design showcasing spectacular images of the sport, and a seamless integration with the back-end systems.

Additionally, the new online home of the WKF is web responsive thus guaranteeing its full adaptation to mobile devices. Users of the new web portal can access news, photo galleries, competitions and institutional information from their desktops or on the go on their smartphones and tablets.

“As a growing institution, we wanted a website that will be able to grow with us, and the new version of WKF.net opens a new era for our institution in cyberspace. We hope that Karate enthusiasts enjoy the new look of WKF.net as much as we enjoyed putting it together,” said WKF President Antonio Espinós.

The website WKF.net confirmed its progress in May by registering a steady increase of nearly 20% in sessions and in page views. The WKF has a total of over 450.000 followers in social media.
